Sister Aline Bertrand was appointed the Province Leader of Montreal, Canada. Her mandate began on 12th of May 2017. The Region Assembly was held in Pierrefonds, Canada, from 10th to 12th of May 2017.
Aline was born in Montreal, Canada, and entered the Good Shepherd in Pierrefonds. She made her perpetual profession on 28th May 1972 in Pierrefonds, Canada. Aline obtained a bachelor’s degree in theology.
Her apostolic experiences include a few years of service as educator with teenage girls in difficulty.
Over the years, Aline mainly served in various congregational ministries, including: local Community Leader, Formation Director, Province Councillor, Province Treasurer, Province Leader. In the past, Aline also served on an international committee on leadership and on the CGS/RGS for contemplative life committee.
Before the Region Assembly ended, the Province Apostolic Council was complete: Yolande Roy, Rita Bou Abboud, Madeleine Gosselin.
