Act of Commitment of Robert Panghulan Leus Pagtatalaga
On this 23rd day of the March, int he year 2015, Robert Panghulan Leus, a native of Tanauan, Batangas in the Archdiocese of Lipa in the Philippines, at the age of 42, living in the Congregation of Jesus and Mary to which he was admitted to probation on the 24th day of June in the year 2010; after having of his own free will requested to be incorporated therein in order to serve and honor God in it according to the Constitutions and Practical Rules of his same Congregation, in a spirit of obedience to his superiors, was received and incorporated into it in the manner prescribed by the Constitutions and Practical Rules. In witness thereof he has signed this oficial act together with the superior of this house and other Eudist confreres who were present at his reception and witnessed his declaration of commitment.

On this 23rd day of the March, in the year 2015, Renato Layco Ligeralde, a native of Quezon City, in the Diocese of Cubao in the Philippines, at he age of 52, living in the Congregation of Jesus and Mary to which he was admitted to probation on the 8th day of February in the year 2010; after having of his own free will requested to be incorporated therein in order to serve and honor God in it according to the Constitutions and Practical Rules of his same Congregation, in a spirit of obedience to his superiors, was received and incorporated into it in the manner prescribed by the Constitutions and Practical Rules. In witness thereof he has signed this oficial act together with the superior of this house and other Eudist confreres who were present at his reception and witnessed his declaration of commitment.

On this 23th day of the March, in the year 2015, Micheal Bagares Dupo, a native of Abra, in the Diocese of Alaminos in the Philippines, at the age of 36, living in the Congregation of Jesus and Mary to which he was admitted to probation on the 20th day of October in the year 2009; after having of his own free will requested to be incorporated therein in order to serve and honor God in it according to the Constitutions and Practical Rules of his same Congregation, in a spirit of obedience to his superiors, was received and incorporated into it in the manner prescribed by the Constitutions and Practical Rules.
