October is coming and it’s a great reason to get together with friends and family at our upcoming Annual Oktoberfest! The party starts at 7:00 pm on Sep. 26 in Grill Hall. And we’ll be ready to celebrate with authentic Oktoberfest music, food, and fun!
Suggested donation is only $25.00 per person and that’ll give you a great Oktoberfest dinner, dessert and coffee, as well as a complimentary drink (beer, wine or softdrink) and music & dancing to the 20 member German-American Brass Band which will be playing Oktoberfest oompah music direct from Munich. There’ll also be a no-host bar featuring varietal wine and frosty beer. You’ll feel like you’ve taken a trip to the Old Country - but you won’t need a passport to get there!
This event is being sponsored by the SJE Men’s Council and tickets will be available after Sunday morning Masses in Nugent Plaza on Sep. 6, 13 & 20 or in the Parish Office on weekdays.
So get your tickets now before they’re sold out and start practicing your “Chicken Dance”. Come and enjoy the fun at this year’s Oktoberfest!
