On June 12th. at about 6:00 pm, we had at the General House in Rome, our last community meeting as the closing of the academic year 2013-2014.
We had a very nice evening with the presence of the group “The Living Gospel” Coming from the Parish of Our Lady of the Navicella, also joined us some priests and lay friends of our fellow Eudist students Fr. Leonardo Arboleda and Fr. Sylva company.
The evening began with a brief presentation of the research done by our two Eudists students as part of their graduation work, after we had together the celebration of the Eucharist and finally, after the appetizer, we shared a delicious dinner; but more important was the opportunity to continue our closeness and support to the parish group sharing the faith, life and friendship.
As Fr Luc Crepy mentioned "We have lived three different stages: the first one was to receive the intellectual bread, secondly we received the spiritual bread and finally the factual and material bread, integrating in this way a complete meal for a person”.
We thank our students for their generosity during their stay in our home, their collaboration and the various services provided. We thank all the other members of the house including our dearly cook for their solidarity bringing out the best from our hospitality at the General House.
For the next year we expect new students and already entrust their arrival and stay in the hands of the Lord Jesus and the Virgin Mary.
