Good Shepherd congregation creates Province of Philippines-Japan

On April 24, feast of St. Mary Euphrasia, foundress of the Good Shepherd Congregation, the Province of Philippines-Japan will be established.

A Mass at 10 a.m. in the Philippines and Mass at 11 a.m. in Japan will be held to give thanks to God for this unification. The Good Shepherd Sisters continue St. Mary Euphrasia's legacy of caring for the marginalized especially women and children through the ministry of the apostolic sisters, while the contemplatives pray for the Church and the particular intentions of the congregation-- for fullness of life for all especially women and children.
