Our beloved Fr. Bill Early has gone to his eternal rest in a peaceful passing surrounded by prayers, friends and clergy. Fr. Bill came to us in 1980 from the Diocese of Brooklyn. He spent over 30 years as a Priest at Ascension until his health could no longer allow him to celebrate Mass here. He will be in our hearts and prayers forever. We also offer gratitude and prayers for all of his caregivers in past years, including our parishioners.
There will be a vigil on Monday, August 11th, at 6:30 PM, here at Ascension. The funeral will be Tuesday, at 11:00 AM, with a reception following in the Pope John Paul II Parish Hall.
Ascension is asking for dona9ons to help defer the cost of the funeral, burial, and reception. If you would like to make a donation, please contact parish office.
