Formar a Jesús en nosotros

A inicio del mes, el P. Jean-Michel Amouriaux, Superior General, hizo una gran invitación a toda la Congregación a través de una carta : « Leer juntos los escritos de san Juan Eudes ». Esta invitación responde a un deseo que resaltó la última Asamblea General : « elaborar un itinerario de renovación espiritual de 5 años para «Formar a Jesús»

Gracias a la colaboración de la Unidad de Espiritualidad Eudista, el itinerario ya fue elaborado. Cada mes el material se publicará también en CJM News : tema y objetivo, lectura bíblica, texto de san Juan Eudes y oración.

Los incorporados y candidatos, así como los asociados están invitados a seguir el camino acercándose a esta pedagogía, innovando y siendo creativos. Este proceso requiere perseverancia pero vale la pena. Como lo dice el Padre General : « nuestra Congregación ha solicitado el pronunciamiento de la Iglesia universal para que ella se pronuncie sobre la eminencia de la doctrina de nuestro fundador fin de que él sea proclamado como doctor de la Iglesia. Es esencial que todos juntos leamos sus escritos, para apropiarnos de nuevo nuestra herencia».

The Charismatic Congress of Peru was led by Eudists from Minuto de Dios

Movement of the charismatic renovation of Arequipa, on the occasion of the diocesan year of the

family, gathered, on October 14th and 15th of this year, to the middle school of the American Independence, the charismatic Congress of praise and worship entitled " Family, God's treasure for the world ".

On Sunday, October 15th, with a big participation of the colleagues who open their Heart to the holy Spirit, the RCC pursued the meeting. This day, it is Father Raúl Téllez Villamil CJM, Provincial Superior of the Minuto de Dios, doctor in moral theology and managing director of the community of couples Alegria, in Colombia, gave an teaching about the strength and about the value of the family and the human couple. He also chaired the Worship of saint Sacrement, during which he prayed for families, asking that the burst of the holy Spirit falls on all the homes:

Then the RCC of Arequipa made a small moment of celebration in memory of the last 50 years which were of graces for the Church and 46 years old of presence to Arequipa. During this celebration, we heard the testimony of some brothers on how Rènovation Charismatique Catholique transformed their life into Christ during all this time.

The congress ended by the mass with P. Miguel Angel Soto Toloza Cjm, priest eudiste of the Minuto de Dios and the diocesan helper of the RCC Arequipa as president. At the end of the mass, we prayed for the actors of the congress and we asked that the grace of the Lord falls on all the families of Arequipa and Peru.

Orphelinat Claudio Migneco

Au cours de sa visite en Afrique pour prêcher aux Eudistes, P. Jean-Michel Amouriaux, le Supérieur Général, a pu découvrir diverses œuvres. Notamment, il a été reçu à l’Orphelinat Claudio Migneco, sur la commune d’ Agassa Godomey, au nord-ouest de Cotonou, fondé en 2011 par notre confrère eudiste le P. Roger Medji.

Ce centre est dirigé par une équipe de laïcs engagés et de professionnels, avec de très nombreux bienfaiteurs – souvent des familles modestes qui partagent. Environ 250 enfants y sont accueillis et scolarisés.

Eudists of Minuto de Dios prepare themselves for solenity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus

“A feast which is a part of our rich heritage " that is how P. Raúl Téllez Villamil, Provincial Superior of the Minuto de Dios, referred himself in the last circular to the event which Eudists are going to live on the next 20th of October .

Father Téllez quoted holy Jean Eudes who speaks about the Heart as about the home of love: " the Heart of Jesus forms a single heart with that of the Father and the holy Spirit and is a home of love for us ". It is with this Trinitarian key, that the superior of the young Province greeted all the eudists of the Minuto de Dios, by inviting them " to unite the worship of the Heart of Jesus with the worship of the Heart of the Father and the holy Spirit and with this beautiful image of the home of love for us. "

This Trinitarian love is the opportunity for every Eudist to plunge into exercises of personal and community prayer " to cure our wounds, encourage us in the middle of our difficulties and demanding spots and, more, to fill us with new reasons for building a deserving life at the personal and community level, knowing us loved and profoundly forgiven, and so called to share this home of love with the poor people and the outcasts of today; in front of a world which tries to lock us into selfish interests, often justified by opposite ideologies in search of the common good ", as asserts it the provincial circular.

Father Provincial has guest Eudists to participate in the mass in honor of the Heart of Jesus, in the church of the parish holy Jean Eudes (barrio Minuto de Dios - Bogotá), next Friday, October 20th, at 6:30 pm. In this occasion, two candidates will receive ministry of acolyte and four will enter in the time of probation for the eudists life.

To end, the superior of the Minuto of Dios also has to exhort his colleagues to participate to retirement in the Provincial Assembly which will take place in November.

Visite du Supérieur General en Afrique

Depuis le 7 octobre, le Supérieur général, P. Jean-Michel Amouriaux, est en Afrique, d’abord au Bénin puis en Côte d’Ivoire pour prêcher à propos de « former Jésus » aux confrères. Voici le message de bienvenu qui a été formulé lors de l’ouverture de la retraite à Cotonou.

Formación de sacerdotes: seminario de Rennes, dirigido por P. Romain Drouaud cjm

En el seminario de Rennes, fundado por san Juan Eudes, la sesión de inicio de año se realizó en el campo de Landivisiau, en la casa de los Hermanos de Santiago (Finistère). Durante tres días, los seminaristas descubrieron la Sociedad de los sacerdotes de Santiago, Guiclan en la Finistère. 7 de los seminaristas de la comunidad de Padres de Santiago están en formación en el seminario Saint Yves. El programa de la sesión fue: formación espiritual, camino y Lectio Divina en los montes de Arrée, visita de los recintos parroquiales para descubrir cómo el arte, la fe y la cultura se mezclan con bastante frecuencia.

 

Desde hace algunos años, el equipo del seminario tomó la decisión de destinar un año académico que estuviera acompañado por una figura de santidad. Después de san Juan Eudes, el año pasado, en el período 2017-2018 san Francisco de Sales acompañará como figura de santidad a los seminaristas . Recordemos que Juan Eudes conoció de cerca los escritos de San Francisco de Sales porque tuvo grandes relaciones con las «Hijas de san Francisco de Sales», o las Hermanas de la Visitación.

Para reforzar el acompañamiento de la figura de santidad y permitir un encuentro espiritual fuerte con el santo, se realizará una peregrinación con la participación de todos los seminaristas en la semana de la Ascensión del Señor (el jueves de Ascensión es festivo en Francia).
